Why strengths-based coaching?
Strengths-based coaching focuses on helping you understand and apply your natural talents, what you do best, to improve performance, relationships, and personal growth. It’s about building on what’s right – what’s working – and how to make that work for you where things aren’t so great.
Do I need to take the CliftonStrengths assessment before coaching?
Nope! I’ll guide you through the process. Most of my coaching programs include the CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment, and I’ll help you interpret and apply your results in a meaningful way. Already taken the assessment? That’s great! We can build on what you already know or upgrade to the Full 34 report for deeper insights. No need to retake anything unless you want to explore further.
