Tailored for you

My most popular services are coaching programs for leaders, teams, and individuals.  These programs are tailored specifically for you (and your team) and can range in duration based on your needs and budget.  All sessions are available in person or virtually. 

Each program will typically includes a CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment as well as access to strengths specific content for one year.

This is a strengths journey from discovery to understanding. The program pin-points the ways in which you naturally think, feel, and behave. Your success is rooted in doing more of what you do best. Learn how to intentionally position your strengths, and minimize those behaviors that sabotage your success. This program is 8 weeks.

Spend time learning about each of your strengths.  Learn the typical behaviors for these strengths, and where you stand out from the crowd. Realize how your strengths are perceived by others.

Determine if your strengths are functioning in a raw or mature state.  You will become aware of those places where your strengths are in need of more awareness and control.
